Frank
Huxley and Jebb's 1993 Revision of the Genus Myrmecodia provides considerable information about the pollen of the various species. There is special equipment needed to see the microscopic pollen grains and a unique vocabulary needed for understanding the descriptions of the pollen. It would be nice to start developing some of this information to help with identifications of the plants. Here is a start on some of the terminology involved.
