Aurélien
Hello all, Today I take some pictures of the collection of ant-plants in cultivation at Nancy BG (as I promise about 1 year ago). Hydnophytiinae : Hydnophytum cf. moseleyanum Myrmecodia platytyrea subsp. ? Myrmecodia cf. tuberosa 'muelleri' Some Hydnophytiinae recently mounted in cork. I put it several weeks at horizontal to ensure a good rooting. I hang them when they begin a new growth.

Frank
Thanks Aurelien for posting the great photos. You certainly seem to have a significant amount of space and resources dedicated to ant-plants! Congratulations. I read in your introduction that you have about 80 taxa of Rubiaceous ant-plants at Nancy. Never having visited the European gardens how does your ant-plant collection fit in - in comparison to the other European gardens? i guess my perception is that Leiden is the "mother ship" for Rubiaceous ant-plants there. I have seen some photos that suggest Kew and Bonn may be displaying significant ant-plants - is that true?. Can you lay out for us what other gardens in Europe are big into ant-plants along with Nancy and Leiden? Thanks, Frank
