Derrick
An Attila Kapitany photo. This plant was part of a large colony in a high deciduous tree standing alone in a grassy plain about 10 or twenty meters away from the jungle edge. The other specimens were not damaged. 19.8.08 095 Hydnophytum moseleyanum, Iron Range National Park, Cape York Peninsula, North Queensland, Australia..jpg]
Derrick
The plain in which the above tree stood has an interesting history because it was man made by a gigantic explosion. http://aso.gov.au/titles/sponsored-films/operation-blowdown/clip1/
